Amazing safe place to livesubmitted by Samantha Z. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live. I have two kids and I feel safe allowing my oldest outside by himself
Great staff, very nice communitysubmitted by Lori V. - |Recommended: YesMy husband and I have lived here for two years and it's been a very good experience. Not your usual apartment complex with people above and below you. This is more like a townhouse community. Loads of storage, very good value and extremely nice and professional staff
response from property -Thank you for the kind words Lori! We have enjoyed having you as residents. Enjoy your new house! And remember to refer us to your friends if they need a place to live!
Great place to call homesubmitted by Kyle G. - |Recommended: YesLiving at Nisqually Ridge is a nice place to come home to after a hard day of work. Three things I like the most -Seperate recycling bins an garbage bins. -Assigned parking spaces. -Office managers that are friendly and helpful.
response from property -Thank You so much for the great review! Im so happy you enjoy living here!
Decent for the areasubmitted by Sarah R. - |Recommended: YesThe townhomes are spacious. However, if you have a maintenance request that isn’t considered to be a priority then your request will keep being pushed back even after checking to see when someone will come to look at it.
response from property -Hi Sara, Right now we are sharing our 1 full time maintenance guy with another site. Your issue with your husband putting a hole in the wall wasn't top priority. But John did get in there the other day and started the job. He needs to get in there again, to texture and paint. The crack in the bottom of your tub is also something that will take some time to fix.
This property is aesthetically pleasant, affordable, and well maintainedsubmitted by Robert G. - |Recommended: YesThe Village at Nisqually Ridge is a superior option as local rental properties go. The complex has a tranquil ambiance and polite administrative staff. Proximity to shopping and centers of business activity make it an ideal location for habitation and commuting.
response from property -Hi Robert, Thank You for your review!! Your very kind, and we are very glad your happy here and that we have such nice residents like you! Kristina -Community Manager
Great townhomes for the pricesubmitted by Jeffrey H. - |Recommended: YesIt's a awesome place to rent for the price and location. Very easy and quick access to JBLM and shopping areas. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and very welcoming. The only downside is how outdated the homes are and the need to be remodeled.
response from property -Hi Jeff! I'm also a resident here and I totally agree with you! Location,Location,Location!! Its the best! As far as the remodeling goes, that would be wonderful, but that's also why the rents are competitive. When a stove or a dishwasher or dryer goes out we get new ones if our super maintenance tech can fix the problem. Thank You for your review! Kristina - Community Manager
Quiet Livingsubmitted by Jamie H. - |Recommended: YesThe property is well maintained and quiet. The staff is helpful and maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.
response from property -Hi Jamie, Thank You for your kind words. We try to be helpful, and our maintenance guys are the best! Kristina
It feels like home submitted by Michelle R. - |Recommended: YesThe grounds are amazing. I can't hear my neighbors at all which is a huge plus especially for a college student always studying. The staff is understanding, caring, and really try to work with you. I had so many complications due to some unprofessional renters at my last complex and the team here worked daily to help me and my husband. The building were built a long time ago but they keep it up and are on top of anything that needs to be fixed. Would highly recommend living here
response from property -Thank You so much for your kind review. I'm glad that you are happy in your home. Our maintenance team do try to get to all the requests in a timely manner, Its very important to us that if something needs fixed that you tell us! Thank You again!
A nice placesubmitted by Rebecca D. - |Recommended: YesIts a great place to live. Staff is friendly extremely helpful, especially since my husband is deployed Close to a LOT of shopping
response from property -Thank You Rebecca! We love our Army residents, plus you and Chad are great residents too! Remember too we love referrals too! No just to our complex but to our sister sites as well!! Thank You again!

response from property -Thanks Mike!
Good minus the treessubmitted by Darin H. - |Recommended: YesGood location. Quiet except for some traffic on the main roads. Good space inside and out. Maintenance fixes things quickly. A little drafty in the colder months. Pine trees are horrible Pine needles and tree sap are a big issue if you live near one It would help if the trees were topped or if branches hanging over the patio and parking spaces were trimmed.
response from property -Thank You Darin for your review! I will speak with my asset manager to see if we can the trees trimmed soon. Kristina
